SYRUP PRODUCTION 2012
The syrup production season is just getting underway. Trees are being tapped and we have already started syrup production. There is always something to do here at Sprague's. Be sure to check out our Maple in the Mountains activities. As always, we continue to have our fresh syrup and all our maple products available in the Gift Shop and Nature Center as well as many menu items that feature our award winning maple syrup. The Restaurant is open from 8:00am - 8:00pm Sunday through Thursday and 8:00am -9:00pm Friday and Saturday.
MAPLE IN THE MOUNTAINS 2012
WITH MAPLE WEEKENDS
MARCH 17-18 & MARCH 24-25
Maple in the Mountains is upon us once again. Weather permitting, on Saturdays and Sundays during the month of March, including the two Maple Weekends, our evaporators will be operating at the authentic old-fashioned sugarhouse along with tree tapping demonstrations, demonstrations on how the Indians made maple syrup, sugar on snow parties, maple cotton candy, wagon rides to the sugarhouse, and activities for the kids. Come experience an old fashion good time. It's Maple Sugarin' Time!
When you are done on the hill, come enjoy a great, down-home country meal and browse our gift shop where you can purchase any of our 100% pure maple products or country gift items.
SPRAGUE'S ANNUAL EASTER EGG HUNT AND BREAKFAST WITH THE EASTER BUNNY
Come join us April 7, 2012 for Breakfast with the Easter Bunny from 9:00am-1:00pm.
Also on April 7...Our annual Easter Egg Hunt with over 1500 eggs to be found and special prizes to be awarded will begin at 1:00pm sharp!!
Be sure to bring a camera. I am sure the Moose and Bear will also join us.
FALL FOLIAGE
 
Sprague's Maple Farms location offers year round natural beauty. Walk on our trails to the sugarhouse where you will have more opportunity to experience the picturesque view. This is definitely a photo opportunity!
On Weekends in October, weather permitting, we offer wagon rides to the sugarhouse where hot mulled cider and fresh homemade maple cake donuts will warm you up.
CHRISTMAS TIME AT SPRAGUE'S
CHRISTMAS TIME AT SPRAGUE'S:
Christmas is a special time here at Sprague's. The lighting is spectacular, the warmth of the fire burning in the fireplace, family and friends get together for celebrations. Holiday decorations abound.
We begin the season with the arrival of Santa's reindeer.
Join us for breakfast with Santa on Christmas Eve morning just before he heads out on his annual flight.
GROUP EVENTS
We offer special menu selections for groups of 20 or more. Reservations for groups are accepted Monday through Thursday. Tour of the facility may be available. For more information call (716) 933-6637 and ask for Reservations.
