The syrup production season gets underway in March. Trees are being tapped and we have already started syrup production. There is always something to do here at Sprague's. Be sure to check out our events calendar for Maple in the Mountains activities. As always, we continue to have our fresh syrup and all our maple products available in the Gift Shop and Nature Center as well as many menu items that feature our award winning maple syrup. The Restaurant is open from 8:00am - 8:00pm Sunday through Thursday and 8:00am -9:00pm Friday and Saturday.
